Shipping policy

Overview

We ship worldwide, and delivery costs are either calculated at checkout (for prints, editions, and other easily shippable artwork) or provided as part of your quote via email. These costs are determined by the size, price, and handling requirements of each piece.

Shipments are managed directly by Liminal Gallery.

 

After Your Purchase

Order Confirmation
Once your purchase is complete, you’ll receive an order confirmation email.

Shipping Notification
Depending on whether you’ve purchased an original artwork or a print, you’ll then receive a shipping notification email.

Door-to-Door Service
Unless otherwise noted, all shipments use a door-to-door delivery service.

 

Shipping Timeline

Exhibited Artwork
Artwork purchased during an exhibition will ship within five (5) days after the exhibition ends. Your quote will include the exact delivery timeframe.

All Other Artwork
Any non-exhibition artwork will be processed and shipped within five (5) days of placing your order.

Flexible Delivery
If you’d prefer delivery on a later date, simply let us know, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

Transit Time
For the UK the standard transit time is between 2 and 4 working days. For international shipping transit time is between 2 and 11 days depending on your location.

 

Handling

We treat each artwork with the utmost care and package it securely to ensure it arrives safely. We use sturdy materials such as hard cardboard or shipping crates, depending on the artwork’s size and medium. All handling and packaging costs are included in the shipping quote.

Important notes

Unless otherwise agreed by the parties, delivery of the artwork(s) shall be to the Buyer’s home or business address.

Liminal Gallery will make its best effort to deliver the artwork(s) by the agreed date or within a reasonable time if no dates are stated. All delivery dates are estimates only and time of delivery cannot be guaranteed.

The Buyer must inspect the artwork(s) upon delivery and advise Liminal Gallery of any defects within 10 working days of delivery date or all complaints as to defects are waived.

Risk of loss or damage to the artwork(s) passes to the Buyer upon delivery.
